Bio: I am an attorney by training who took up creative writing several years ago. My first novel, The Company of Demons, is based on the true story of the Torso Murderer, who terrorized Northeast Ohio in the 1930's. It was awarded the Gold Medal in the juried Florida Book Awards, a Silver Medal in the juried Royal Palm Literary Competition, and was named top crime fiction novel in the National Independent Book Awards. My second novel, an unpublished WWII thriller titled A Desperate Race, was awarded the Gold Medal in the Royal Palm Literary Competition for Best Unpublished Thriller and was a Finalist in the Killer Nashville Claymore Competition in the unpublished manuscript category.
