Bio: Kelly Urgan is a fiction editor with a passion for history. She specializes in historical, dystopian, fantasy and sci-fi fiction. With more than six years’ editing experience, she offers independent authors and publishers developmental editing, manuscript critiques, line and copy-editing, and query letter and synopsis editing. She has trained in editing programs in both US and UK English, and she has a master’s degree in linguistics and a bachelor’s degree in English literature. She currently lives in London, and she spends her free time exploring historical sites, visiting museums, and enjoying all the cultural offerings the UK has to offer.
