Kate Sheehan-Finn
Bio: I'm a former archaeologist and assistant curator (Roman archaeology and ancient history). Since the pandemic, I've turned my attention to writing Historical Fiction (novels and short stories). I've published a few short pieces, and won Jericho Writer's Friday Night Live Competition for Manumission in 2024, I'm self-editing this historical novel. It is a Roman epic and combines action/adventure/mystery with literary elements. I completed a year-long novel-writing course in March 2024. I'd love to find agent representation and see my book in print (digital is fine too). I have a few other novels in progress - all set in the ancient Roman world, one in Dacia province, the other in northern Britannia (where I reside, not far north of Emperor Hadrian's famous Wall).
