Bio: I am a university teacher of History and until recently I only produced non-fiction. During the pandemic, I wrote my first novel, Theosis, which was published by Trivent in 2023. Most of my work, fiction and non-fiction, focuses on the Byzantine empire (Byzantium) in the period 600-1453 CE. Theosis is about the early years of Emperor Basil II (976-1025).
