Bio: Justin lives in England in plain sight of the Mendip Hills. He writes historical fiction with a supernatural bent. He's published six novels; The Genes of Isis, a mythological thriller, The Old Dragon's Head, a historical fiction novel set in Ming Dynasty China, The Coronation, set in during the Great Enlightenment, The Abdication a novel about a young woman's journey of self-discovery. The Mark of the Salamander tells the secret history of England's coming of age during the Elizabethan era. The Midnight of Eights reveals the extraordinary conjunction of coincidences that contrived to repulse the Spanish Armada in 1588. His work in progress, provisionally entitled The Spirit of the Times, explores the phenomena of the Mongols in the 14th Century and asks whether they were a curse or a blessing to humanity. Justin is also a broadcaster and public speaker, and regularly gives talks to historical associations, civic societies, libraries and literary festivals.
