Bio: Gifford MacShane, writer of historical fiction that celebrates the resilience of the human spirit. Singing almost before she could talk, Giff's two great loves are Irish music and history, and the music and history of the Old West. Giff is in the process of combining both her interests into a family series of novels, each with an undercurrent of romance and a dash of Celtic mysticism. The first novel of The Donovan Family Saga, WHISPERS IN THE CANYON, was published in 2019, followed by THE WINDS OF MORNING (a prequel novella requested by her fans) in 2020, and THE WOODSMAN'S ROSE in 2021. RAINBOW MAN, Book 4 of the series, is currently in the works.
