Bio: Frances McNamara is author of the Emily Cabot Mysteries set in Chicago in the 1890's and into the 20th century. Retired from the University of Chicago Library she lives in Boston where she is working on developing another historical mystery series beginning in 1919. Book 7 of the Emily Cabot Mysteries is DEATH AT THE SELIG STUDIOS set in 1909 when silent films were made in Chicago before the industry moved to Hollywood. Pub date is May 29 2018.
