Bio: http://www.catherinemathis.com Catherine has a three-book contract with Histria Books. Her debut novel, Inês: The Queens of Portugal Trilogy, will published in the fall of 2025. The book won a first-place blue ribbon in Chanticleer's Pre-1750 Historical Fiction category. Before Shakespeare wrote Romeo and Juliet, Pedro and Inês lived and died in medieval Portugal. Pedro of Portugal has a Henry VIII problem. He must secure his line with male heirs. And the only way to reach his goal is to crown Inês – even though she has been dead six years. Madness. The trilogy will include Queen Leonor and Queen Philippa.
