Demon Hunter Severian – Lady of the Night Gates

Demon Hunter Severian is an exciting tale of mystery and action about Aurelius Severian, a demon hunter who works for the Holy Roman Catholic Church. Along with the rescued slave Flavian, he sets out to find a mysterious sorcerer and stop a web of devious murders. The story is full of fast-paced action which takes place in the ancient Roman city of Milan in AD 394. A daunting era of religious superstition and conflict among numerous cultures, this is the perfect setting for a good mystery.

The story should also please fans of James Bond and Sherlock Homes, with its emphasis on mystery and crime-solving deductions. The richly told story comes with a robust cast of characters to aid Severian and Flavian on their adventure.

This novel is a good read full of suspense and drama.
