Bio: G.J. Williams is the author of The Tudor Rose Murders series - set in Tudor England. She takes real events and characters and throws a plot and bodies into the mix. She is a Welsh woman raised Somerset, England by a family full of adventure, reading and a love of history. Inspired by her primary teacher, she wrote her first little book followed by a school play when she was nine years old. After studying for a doctorate in psychology, she embarked on a career as a business psychologist. But while navigating the corporate world, G.J. Williams found an escape in her first passion – writing tales of murder, mystery, and intrigue. Her psychology background melded with a love of medieval history, and drew her to the twists and turns of the human mind, hidden subconscious powers, and the dark-side of people who want too much. She now lives between Somerset and London and is regularly found writing on a train next to a grumpy cat and a bucket of English tea.
