Cynthia Woolf

About me

Cynthia Woolf’s first historical western romance Tame A Wild Heart, book one of the Tame series, was inspired by her parents first meeting on a ranch in Creede, Colorado. Her second western series, Matchmaker & Co, is about mail order brides traveling to Golden, Colorado in the 1870’s. The most current series, Destiny in Deadwood, takes place in Deadwood, SD at the time of the gold rush in 1876. It’s the story of three brothers and the lives the women who are their match. Books from both her Tame series and the Matchmaker and Co. series have been finalists in the Romcon Readers Crown competition. She expects the current books to be finalists as well.

An interview with Lynette Sofras

How did you get started writing? Although I began writing stories almost as soon as I learnt the alphabet and always wanted to be an author, it wasn’t until I went to live in Greece for a few years that I had the time (and literally nothing but the time)…
