About me

Cynthia Woolf’s first historical western romance Tame A Wild Heart, book one of the Tame series, was inspired by her parents first meeting on a ranch in Creede, Colorado. Her second western series, Matchmaker & Co, is about mail order brides traveling to Golden, Colorado in the 1870’s. The most current series, Destiny in Deadwood, takes place in Deadwood, SD at the time of the gold rush in 1876. It’s the story of three brothers and the lives the women who are their match. Books from both her Tame series and the Matchmaker and Co. series have been finalists in the Romcon Readers Crown competition. She expects the current books to be finalists as well.

One of my favorite movies is You’ve Got Mail. Meg Ryan, a children’s book store owner reads Pride and Prejudice every autumn. Like her, I make Pride and Prejudice an annual thing as well. Only I spread it out and read favorite parts sporadically throughout the year. I also watch…
