Cynthia Reed

About me

Cynthia Reed is a former technical author and editor blissfully semi-retired and transitioned to literary/historical fiction and poetry, a lifelong dream.

So far, so good: some short-lists, some publications. She’s editing her first novel, historical fiction set during the Crimean War, along with a collection of linked short stories, while working on an online MFA certificate.

She’s worked, lived (and lived to write) on four continents, and recently relocated to Sweden after a four-year stay in Malaysia with her programmer husband and two globe-trotting (and now happily snow-covered) Alaskan Malamutes.
