Author of Unmentionables (Kaylie Jones Books, January 2014), set on the Chautauqua Circuit in western Illinois in 1917. Laurie is a fifth generation Midwesterner who currently lives in Rochester, N.Y. She has an MA in history, with a special interest in early 20th century America.
