I am a retired teacher and librarian from Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A. My first historical novel, THE ILLUMINATOR, was published by St. Martin’s Press in the U.S. on my 60th birthday and has been translated into 17 languages. (Just shows you can never be too old to chase a dream.) Now I have two others: THE MERCY SELLER (2007) and THE HERETIC’S WIFE (2009.) All three are set in England during the two-hundred-year-old struggle for the translation of the Bible into English. Thanks you HNS for the glowing reviews of all three. I love HNS and I love London. Wish I could be at the 2012 conference. (Some of my favorite authors are in the line-up.) It looks to be a grand celebration of all things historical.
As a participant in the Albany NY conference, I had a great time–a truly wonderful experience.
