Ann Weisgarber is the author of THE PROMISE and the award-winning THE PERSONAL HISTORY OF RACHEL DUPREE. She splits her time between Sugar Land and Galveston, Texas, and is currently serving as a judge for the Langum Prize in American Historical Fiction. Her next novel takes place in Utah during the late 1880′s.
